    Small range is actually better around Christchurch than I thought, don't even need to charge daily for most uses. Performance is better than expected as well.

    Great as a work commuter but not so much for using over the weekend (depending on how much driving but I didn’t purchase with the intention to use over the weekend). Surprisingly spacious and comfortable to drive.

    I think a Nissan Leaf is well worth considering for daily commutes. I felt that the health and size of the battery are the most important factors when choosing a Leaf. I believe that the X models are very good value as there is little difference between an X and a G model.

    Definitely a commuter car and not a long drive car, range wise. But that's exactly what we got it for, school drop offs , groceries and errands. So zippy and the power is there to get the peak hrs gaps!

    Very good vehicle. Cheap to run (basically I recharge it with free electricity). Good to the earth. Powerful enough. Suited to city driving and commuting. Quiet, clean. Clean car discount. Just need to be aware of range. However, if I need to travel far, I will use another petrol car. So, no big deal. Won't buy any petrol or diesel car in the future. Considering replacing all cars to electric.
